2025 (January to December): Hyundai Motor Company increased vehicle sales in the USA by 8% to 901,836 cars and SUVs. This marked the third consecutive year of record Hyundai sales in the US and the fifth consecutive year of record retail sales. Several models had record sales years too.

The Tucson, Elantra, and Santa Fe were again the most popular Hyundai models in the USA in 2025. All three set new annual sales records, as did the Palisade, IONIQ 5, and Venue.

Electrified vehicles accounted for 30% of the Hyundai retail mix in the USA in 2025, with HEVs jumping 36% and EVs increasing 7% year-over-year. Actual volume numbers for all-electric cars remained low.
