2025 (January to December): Nissan Group sales in the US were unchanged, with Nissan brand sales up by less than a percentage point while Infiniti sales were down by a tenth. Truck and SUV sales increased by 3% while traditional passenger car sales were down 5%. The Rogue was the best-selling Nissan vehicle, followed by the Sentra car.
