2025 (January to December): Ford Motor Company increased light vehicle sales in the USA by 6% to 2,204,124 deliveries and a 13.2% share of the US new car market. Ford-branded vehicles increased to over 2 million, while Lincoln sales exceeded 100,000 SUVs for the second consecutive year. Volume sales increased for cars, trucks, and SUVs, and several models sold at record levels. The top-selling Ford was again the F150, which remained America’s favorite vehicle.

Ford brand sales increased by 6.2% to 2,097,256 vehicles, including higher volumes for cars, SUVs, and trucks. Lincoln brand increased sales by 2% to 106,868 SUVs and the second consecutive year of sales above 100,000 vehicles.

Sales for Ford’s electric vehicles totaled 84,113 vehicles on just three vehicle nameplates. Mustang Mach-E sales totaled 51,620 electric SUVs in 2025 — a level consistent with record sales of 2024. Electric cars generally performed well until the end of federal incentives in the final months of the year.
