2025 (January to December): Nissan global vehicle sales were 4.4% lower to 3.2 million cars, with sales lower in most regions of the world but not in the important North American market. The USA remained the largest single-country market for Nissan, followed by China. Nissan sales in Mexico were higher than in Japan (excluding minicars). Nissan’s worldwide vehicle production contracted by almost 6% to fewer than 3 million cars. China, Mexico, and Japan were the most important production countries for Nissan vehicles in 2025.
