2024 (January to December): Volkswagen of America gained market share in the USA, with VW sales increasing by over 15%. Light vehicle sales in the US are expected to increase by around 6% for the full year. The VW Tiguan was the top-selling Volkswagen model in the US in 2024, and the Atlas was the best-selling nameplate. The growth in VW passenger car sales was stronger than for SUVs and trucks.
