In full-year 2022, all FCA brands, including Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo, had weaker sales in the USA.
2022 (January to December): all FCA (Stellantis) brands had weaker sales in the USA. Sales of Jeep were down 12%, Ram down 16%, Chrysler flat (-2%), and Dodge down 12%. The two small Italian brands shrunk even further in the USA: Alfa Romeo sales were down 30% while Fiat sales collapsed by 61%. The two best-selling car models of the FCA brands were the Ram Pick-Up and the Jeep Grand Cherokee.

In 2022, total U.S. sales of all FCA brands declined by 13% versus the 2021 calendar year — the total US automotive market was predicted to contract by 8% in 2022.
Total plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) U.S. sales of FCA brand increased 26% in 2022 with the Jeep Wrangler 4xe America’s best-selling PHEV. Stellantis is planning for a 50% passenger car and light-duty truck battery-electric vehicles (BEV) sales mix in the United States by the end of this decade.
Dodge Challenger retained No. 1 muscle car claim for the second consecutive year despite flat sales.
